Dr. Puspa Ramloo, attended University Pertanian Malaysia majoring in Animal Science and received her Degree of Veterinary Medicine from U.P.M. in 1994.

In August 2001, Dr Puspa Ramloo established Pubaa Animal Clinic where she continues her work as a staff doctor as well as Clinic Administrator. She is very fond of the friendships she has made with clients and patients through the years and is most appreciative of the community's support.

Dr Puspa enjoys doing surgery especially soft tissue surgery. Her favorite part of veterinary medicine is sharing in the human-animal bond with her clients and patients. Her practice philosophy centers around the belief that pets are given the highest level of care when the owner and vet work together as a team.
